My love of steam goes back to my childhood where I developed a love for the Engines.

I now spend any free time I have at the depot working as a volunteer doing coach controlling
on trips for the public or helping at the Reefsteamers depot in Germiston, with projects which are running to restore and preserve South African steam heritage.
